We do not control or take responsibility for TikTok’s services, content, or policies.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Marks is provided "as is" without warranties.

We are not responsible for data loss, app unavailability, or AI misinterpretations.

8. Changes to Terms
